– Police reported an incident of criminal mischief that occurred sometime between 6 p.m. Feb. 16 and 8 a.m. Feb. 17 in Rush Township, Centre County. During the above time, someone used an unknown object to smash a mailbox at a State Street address.
– Police reported an incident of indecent assault/harassment that occurred between 8 a.m. March 1, 2009 and 9 p.m. Dec. 31, 2009 in Part Matilda Borough, Centre County. Troopers said it occurred after the Centre County Children and Youth Agency contacted them about suspected physical and sexual abuse that involved the victim’s mother and stepfather. Troopers said the victim related that her mother physically abused her. She also related her stepfather had inappropriately touched her.
