Jane L. Miller age 78 of Osceola Mills passed away on Monday, February 22, 2010 at the Allegheny General Hospital.
Born March 30, 1931 she was the daughter of the late Norris and Madeline Harter.
She was a graduate of the former Blanchard High School and retired from Centre Engineering in Osceola Mills.
She was a member of the Osceola Mills United Methodist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Rita Miller of Osceola Mills, Kellie Turner and her husband Roland of Ocean Springs, MS; three sons, Kenneth Harter and his wife Sue of Castana, PA, Dennis Miller and his wife Marian of Bellefonte, Douglas Miller and his wife Peggy Miller of Lock Haven; two sisters, Margaret Pletcher of Beech Creek and Patricia L. Francis and her husband Thomas of Anthem, AZ; two brothers, Ronald Harter and his wife Clair of Pine Glenn and George Harter and his wife Bonnie of Lock Haven; ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her companion, James H. Stewart, and a son, James W. Miller.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. at the Heath Funeral Home, Osceola Mills with the Rev. Stephen J. Knitter officiating.
Friends will be received on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. until the hour of services at the funeral home.
