Harry Oliver Killian, 73, of Curwensville, Passed away Thursday evening Feb. 18, at the Mt. laurel Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Clearfield.
Born Febr. 2, 1937 in Coatesville, PA, he was the son of Harry and Mayola (Miller) Killian. Mr. Killian was a truck driver having worked for Modern Transportation Co. He was an army veteran of the Korean War.
Surviving are 2 sons Rodney Killian and his wife Crystal of Narvon, PA, and Karl Killian of Curwensville. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and a sister Gertie Edwards and her husband Doyle of Honey Brook, PA.
On Nov. 3, 1956 in Wagontown, PA, he wed the former Anna P. Lewis who preceded him in death on May 31, 2009. He was also preceded in death by his parents, a daughter Paula Sensenich, a son Harry Killian, and a brother William Killian.
Services for Mr. Killian will be held at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc. of Curwensville, on Feb. 24 at 1 p.m., with Mr. Gary B. Jewart officiating. Interment will be in the Crown Crest Memorial Park of Hyde, PA.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 12 Noon until time of services.
Military honors will be accorded at the funeral home by members of the Clearfield Honor Guard
