– Police reported an incident of criminal trespass that occurred sometime from 4:50 – 11:50 a.m. Sunday in Fox Township, Elk County. A 21-year-old Johnsonburg woman and a 21-year-old Kersey man entered the Wal-Mart Super Center after they were told to no longer come onto the business’ property. The investigation is ongoing at this time. Charges are currently pending against both individuals.
– Police reported an incident of driving under the influence at 1:26 a.m. Sunday in Ridgway Township, Elk County. While on routine patrol, troopers stopped a 71-year-old Ridgway woman for a traffic violation. After preliminary investigation, the woman was arrested for DUI and transported to the Elk Regional Health Center. Charges will be filled for DUI and other related summary traffic violations.
