Jane L. Reese , 74 of Kylertown passed away on Feb. 19 at Dubois Regional Medical Center.
She was born Feb. 21, 1935 in West Decatur, the daughter of the late Leroy Richard “Gee” & Isabel E. (Mease) Thompson.
On Aug. 21, 1954 in Kylertown she married Oliver P. Reese Jr., who died May 11, 1991.
She is survived by daughter Kimberly J. Szwarc and her husband John of Kylertown; siblings Ronald L. Thompson of Naples, FL, Naomi Hubler of Allport, Leonard Thompson and his wife Sandra of West Decatur, and Doris Malinky of Curwensville; grandson John Perry Szwarc and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son: Randal P. Reese, and sister Linda Bloom.
She was a 1954 graduate of Cooper Township High School.
She was a member of Gethsemane United Methodist Church
She was a homemaker.
Funeral Services will be held at the David K. Dahlgren Funeral Home, 228 N. Centre St. Philipsburg, PA on Feb. 24 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Duane A. White officiating.
Burial will be at Kylertown Presbyterian Cemetery, Kylertown.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Feb. 23 from 6 until 8 p.m.
