HOUTZDALE – The state police in Clearfield are investigating a burglary from a tobacco outlet in Houtzdale.
According to police the incident occurred between Thursday night and Friday morning. Someone smashed the glass to the front door to gain entry into the store. Once inside the person removed cartons of cigarettes and about $3,239.69 in cash from a safe. The person then fled the scene on foot.
