Police Report: Ridgway PSP

Police reported an incident of theft that occurred between approximately 11 p.m. Saturday and 7:30 a.m. Sunday in Millstone Township, Elk County. A person(s) unlawfully removed a black LG cell phone from a 16-year-old Ridgway boy’s boot that was located near his bed at a Boy Scout Troop camp. The phone is valued around $80.
