Police Report: Clearfield PSP

Police reported drug possession at approximately 10:50 a.m. Sunday in Woodward Township, Clearfield County. A 21-year-old Harrisburg woman was found in possession of a small amount of marijuana in the SCI-Houtzdale parking lot. She was cited for disorderly conduct.
