The Penn State DuBois men’s basketball team improved their record to 17-5 (11-2 PSUAC) with an 89-74 win over Penn State Hazleton on Saturday evening. DuBois
opened the game with a 15-2 run before letting Hazleton back into the game.
DuBois lead by a score of 41-32 at halftime. In the second half, DuBois shot a blistering 76% from the field en route to the victory. Marcus Genevro lead the way for the victors with 29 points and 5 rebounds. Chris Dickison had a strong game with 26 points on 12 for 12 shooting from the field. Josh Salter rounded out the double figure scoreres with 14 points, 7 rebounds, and 7 assists.
Penn State DuBois returns to action on Tuesday night as they travel to Penn State Greater Allegheny. DuBois then returns home on Saturday to face
conference rival, Penn State Beaver.
