CLEARFIELD – An accident on Nichols Street that sent the driver to the hospital is under investigation by the Clearfield Borough Police Department.
According to police they were called to a single-vehicle accident on Nichols Street at 12:12 a.m. on Friday. One witness at the scene informed police that two kids on bicycles were on the roadway prior to the accident.
Police said the driver struck a tree and that the vehicle was found on its roof. The driver was fown to Altoona Regional.
