CLEARFIELD – On Tuesday the Lawrence Township Supervisors discussed an issue with easements coming in late for the township’s recent sewer project. Following that discussion, the supervisors also discussed the future municipal waste in the township.
“We need to get out of the sewer business,” said Supervisor Chairman Bill Lawhead. “My two cents, once the sewer project is over, turn it over to the CMA (Clearfield Municipal Authority).”
Supervisor Ed Brown said that has been the plan for about the last four or five years.
