CBPD Seeks Public’s Help With Hit-and-Run Incident

CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield Borough Police Department is seeking the public’s help in solving a hit-and-run case.

According to police they are looking for a red Dodge Stratus coupe that was involved in the hit-and-run on the Nichols Street Bridge yesterday at 4:43 p.m. The Stratus was traveling in east and struck the rear of the vehicle in front of it. It pushed that vehicle to the left and continued on, sideswiping a second vehicle that was traveling east. The Stratus pulled into the Napa parking lot and the driver exited his vehicle and checked for damage. He then fled the scene, traveling south on North Third Street.
