DUBOIS – A vehicle/pedestrian accident is currently under investigation in the City of DuBois.
According to the DuBois City Police Department, the accident occurred on Nov. 28 at the intersection of West Long Avenue and South Jared Street. Police responded to find pedestrian Robert Keith Clark lying on the ground. Police said Clark was breathing but was unconscious. He was transported by ambulance to DRMC-West for treatment of his injuries.
Officers then made contact with the driver who reportedly struck Clark. Officers took the DuBois woman’s statement as well as statements from witnesses. Officers then went to the hospital to speak with Clark but were unable to as Clark was flown from DRMC-West to an undisclosed treatment facility.
