FALLS CREEK – The state police in DuBois continue their search for the man who fled on foot on Interstate 80.
The incident occurred on Nov. 5 at 9:48 a.m. The man was at a traffic stop on the interstate, on the westbound rest area in Washington Township, Jefferson County. Police believe the suspect was armed with a handgun at the time of the incident. The suspect does not have a permanent home address but has been known to frequent the Clearfield area.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Johnny Richard Brown. Police describe him as a while man, 36-years-old; with short blond hair; blue eyes; around 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 185 pounds of medium build.
