CLEARFIELD – Tony Beltowski, Harmony School District representative, was recognized for his years of service, as his tenure on Clearfield County Career and Technology Center’s Joint Operating Committee came to a close at the end of Monday’s regular meeting.
Beltowski (left) was awarded with a certificate by James Smith (right), board chairman and Philipsburg-Osceola School District representative.
