Crab Ball Appetizer
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. crab meat, flaked
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1 egg slightly beaten
2 tablespoons cocktail sauce
2 tablespoons mayonaise
2 tablespoons of minced green onion
1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard
1 cup crushed potato chips
In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients except for potato chips. Chill, covered for atleast one hour in the refrigerator. Form mixture into balls and roll in crushed chips. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with crackers and additional cocktail sauce.
