PHILIPSBURG – The Philipsburg-based State Police reported they have advised school authorities of an indecent assault incident that occurred sometime from 3:45 – 5:45 p.m. Oct. 13 at the Philipsburg-Osceola High School
According to the report, police stated that a female juvenile alleges she was touched on her breast and vaginal area without her consent by a known male juvenile.
Police stated that the investigation is still ongoing at this time.
