PHILIPSBURG – With expected increases in traffic in October the Pennsylvania State Police in Philipsburg will be conducting roving DUI patrols and sobriety checkpoints.
The checkpoints and patrols will be on roadways in the Centre County area where there has been a history of DUI crashes and arrests in the past, states the state police’s press release. The site locations have been determined by the State Police Prophecy Program and Automated Memo System.
State police urge motorists not to drink and drive.
