CLEARFIELD – Central Pennsylvania Community Action (CPCA) will be raffling chances for 300 gallons of heating oil from J.J. Powell, Inc. of Philipsburg. Second prize is a $50 gift card to any Snappy’s location. Proceeds from the raffle will benefit the Group Work Camp 2010, hosted by CPCA and the Clearfield Ministerium group.
Oil chances will be sold for $3.00 each. The oil will only be delivered to the name and address on the chance. All tickets must be completed fully to win. Delivery of the oil can be in either Centre or Clearfield counties and must be delivered by April 15, 2010. The drawing for the winner will be held at noon on Dec. 18 at the CPCA, Clearfield main office.
