Greensburg Woman Faces Drug Charges

PHILIPSBURG – a 37-year-old Greensburg woman was arrested by members of the Pennsylvania State Police Troop G Vice and Narcotic Unit on Friday, the Philipsburg-based State Police reported.

According to the report, Roseann B. Zepeda, 37 of Greensburg, voluntarily turned herself in due to an active warrant. Her arrest came as a result of troopers purchasing five packets of heroin from her, while she was living in Sandy Ridge.

Police indicated that she is charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. She was arraigned with her bail set at $10,000 unsecured.
