Clearfield Borough Code Enforcement Officer: ‘No More Warnings’

CLEARFIELD – On Thursday Clearfield Borough Code Enforcement Officer Larry Mack put borough residents not obeying the borough code notice.

Mack explained that he is still having issues with people putting garbage bags to curb up to three days in advance of their trash pick-up. According to Mack, the bags must be placed in a container.

He also explained that he’s still catching people nailing yard signs to trees. “That will stop,” added Mack.

He said that in the past, he gave people warnings.

“No more warnings,” said Mack. He said he will now fine people on the spot.
