CURWENSVILLE – A 46-year-old Curwensville woman’s Cherry Corners Road residence was burglarized sometime between 9 a.m. Sept. 9 and 10 a.m. Saturday in Ferguson Township, Clearfield County.
According to the police report, a person(s) gained access to the residence by unknown means. Once inside, they entered her bedroom and removed various pieces of jewelry before fleeing the scene. Police indicated that the jewelry is valued at approximately $3,000.
Police said that the jewelry was described as various lengths of gold chains and rings. They noted that some rings contained diamonds and emeralds. They added that wedding bands and rings were also stolen from the residence.
