CLEARFIELD – PennDOT is on schedule to open the state Route 879/Lick Run Bridge this Friday by 5p.m. Drivers are reminded that SR 879 in the project area remains closed until the new bridge opens on Friday. The project is located in Lawrence Township, about two miles north of the 120/Clearfield, Interstate 80 interchange.
Once the roadway and new bridge are open on Friday, crews will continue to work on the project and drivers could encounter traffic delays. Finish work on the project will take place into October.
