PA Crime Stoppers Offering Reward for Info Leading to Fugitive’s Apprehension

CLEARFIELD – A cash reward is being offered for information leading to the apprehension of a former Philipsburg man.

On Aug. 18, 2006  39-year-old Frank Andrew Palumbo was found to be in possession of an illegal pistol. Palumbo fled the area before facing charges.

Palumbo’s last known address was at Hill Street Apartments in Philipsburg.

He is described as being 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighing around 240 pounds. He has hazel eyes and blonde hair.

State police at Troop C are continuing their search for Palumbo, and Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to his apprehension.
