CLEARFIELD – Toddlers ran wild at the Diaper Derby at the Clearfield Riverfront Festival on Saturday.
There were three categories for children to participate in: crawlers, walkers and runners. As part of the event, there was a handler, one to “release” the child, and one to “catch” the child, on each end of the track. Those at the end of the track could use items, such as toys or food, to help nudge the child’s progress. Two heats were held in some of the classes.
The Diaper Derby was sponsored by Destini’s Daycare.
