CLEARFIELD – Brian Owens, Andy Sloppy, Justin Swisher, and Brock Shaffer assisted the Downtown Clearfield Lighting Committee in installing the star lights in town last evening. The lights are just in time to kick off the summer season in downtown Clearfield and also to honor Armed Forces Awareness Day.
