CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield County Solid Waste Authority announces to the public the availability of aluminum can recycling containers for your community’s next special event. Having a festival, carnival or parade? These portable containers are easy to set up and a great way to make your event more environmentally friendly while saving your organization money by reducing your waste disposal costs not too mention the opportunity to generate income from the sale of the cans. These containers, which come with see through bags, are very effective when placed next to trash containers in the successful recovery of clean recyclables.
Fifty containers are available for loan on a first come first served basis. There is a refundable rental fee of $15 per container if returned in good condition. Reserve yours today by calling (814) 765-5149.
