Open House at Parker Dam State Park on Friday

PENFIELD — The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Parker Dam State Park announces that it will be conducting a park open house on April 17 at 5 p.m. in the environmental education center attached to the park office. Beth Grove, Park Manager will be on hand to present a program on upcoming park events, recent changes at Parker Dam and S.B. Elliott State Parks, and answer questions. Displays on Get Outdoors Pennsylvania, park programs and invasive species will be on display.

“This is a great opportunity to see what is going on in the park complex,” stated Beth Grove. This event is open to the public. Park staff will be on hand until 7 p.m. to answer questions.
