ERIE – Two Clearfield wrestlers and one Curwensville wrestler managed to make it to the award stand at the Pennsylvania Junior Wrestling state championships on Saturday.
Curwensville varsity standout freshman Jake Keller was the highest place winner with his bronze medal at 112 pounds in the 13-14 age group.
Two Clearfield 8th graders placed as well in the 13-14 age group. Christian Stone placed 4th at 92 pounds, while junior high teammate Nolan Barger placed 6th at 107 pounds.
