CLEARFIELD – Central Pennsylvania Community Action is pleased to offer a First-time Home Buyers workshop to the public on March 28. The workshop will focus on educating participants on the steps to finding, financing, and purchasing a home for the first time.
Topics will include managing your money and creating a budget, the benefits of homeownership, understanding and repairing credit, applying for a mortgage loan, and buying your first home.
This workshop is a great opportunity to learn the basics of homeownership for anyone that is interested in purchasing a home in the current market or in the distant future. It may also be beneficial to those struggling with poor credit or down payment issues.
