CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield Borough Police Department has announced the arrest of a Clearfield man accused of burglary.
Police arrested 24-year-old Joshua Webb for an incident that occurred on Feb. 13. According to police Webb allegedly entered an apartment occupied by an 83-year-old woman and stole medication.
Webb was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Richard Ireland and placed in Clearfield County Jail.
