Philipsburg Main Street Program Receives Grant from M and T Bank

PHILIPSBURG- The Philipsburg Revitalization Corporation Main Street Program recently received a $1,000 grant from the M and T Bank Charitable Foundation to support their ongoing community revitalization efforts.

M and T Bank believes it is their responsibility as a corporate citizen to do all we can to strengthen the communities in which they operate. Through the volunteerism of their employees and financial contributions made through the bank’s philanthropic arm, The M and T Charitable Foundation, they support a diverse range of cultural, civic, education, health care, human service and youth organizations that add value to our communities.

The Philipsburg Revitalization Corporation is a non-profit charitable organization as defined in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The PRC and the Moshannon Valley Economic Development Partnership jointly operate the Philipsburg Main Street Program which is funded through community support of businesses and individuals. The program receives technical support from the Pennsylvania Downtown Center.
