CLEARFIELD – Kodey Parks, a West Branch student at the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center, was the Outstanding Student in the Electronics Technology program. Kodey was chosen based on his attendance, skill level, and grades. He received a 14 piece electrician tool set donated by Klein Tools.
