STATE COLLEGE – The Philipsburg State Police reported approximately 1,800 feet of aluminum power line and 60 feet of copper ground wire were removed from Allegheny Power in State College on Thursday. The estimated value of the line and wire is $6,000.
According to the report, a person(s) climbed about four or five power poles and removed the neutral power line. The person(s) also removed the copper ground lines from these poles.
