CLEARFIELD – Voters in Clearfield Borough’s Second Ward will have a new place to cast their ballots this election.
The Clearfield County Commissioners approved a request to move the polling place from the old Second Ward Fire Hall to Henry J. Myers Towers.
The request came from the head of that polling place. The new location will be at the conference center located within Henry J. Myers Towers.
Commissioner Joan Robinson-McMillen pointed out that if there are long lines, people can wait inside. It was also pointed out that there are at least five handicap accessible parking spots.
