Christmas Past, Present and Future came together in Jaycee’s Parade

Clearfield—The Jaycee’s Christmas parade brought fun and excitement to downtown on Saturday.

The Clearfield Area High School marching band led a brilliant line-up throughout town.

Entries included various floats, fire trucks, the Grinch on his bicycle, and the grand finale featuring the Delgrosso’s Holiday Sleigh carrying Santa and Mrs. Claus.

Activities continued after the parade at the Joseph & Elizabeth Shaw Public library where children were treated to entertainment and refreshments including a free lunch pack for the children.

The Lock Haven University Elves were also on hand at the library to help Santa and Mrs. Claus make sure that each and every child received a special gift from Santa.

A book fair was sponsored by the Jaycees, the Shaw Public Library and Scholastic Books.

According to the Jaycees nearly 360 children enjoyed the events this year.
