KARTHAUS – Clearfield-based state police are investigating a burglary at the Merlo Inc. construction site in Karthaus.
According to police the burglary took place between Nov. 21 and Tuesday.
Someone went to the site then entered a trailer through a damaged window. The person then removed a key ring with 12 keys for various types of heavy equipment. The person then fled the scene.
Estimated damage to the window and trailer is around $200. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police at 857-3800.
