CLEARFIELD – Registration for the annual fall retreat sponsored by the Women’s Health Task Force of Clearfield County and Penn State Cooperative Extension closes Monday.
The retreat is set for Oct. 12 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Camp Mountain Run near Penfield. Cost is $20.
