ALTOONA – The Altoona Police Department, the Blair Township Police Department, along with officials from the Pennsylvania office of the attorney general’s Drug Task Force announced the arrest of three people in Altoona.
On Tuesday, members of the Blair County Drug Task Force and the Altoona Police Department conducted a search warrant operation on 10th Avenue in Altoona.
Three were arrested including Kevin S. Rightenour and Carmen M. Rightenour, both of Altoona, and David S. Horne of Pontiac, Mich.
All face several drug charges including possession with the intent to deliver.
All are in Blair County Prison in lieu of straight bail.
The Altoona Police Directive Patrol Unit, the Hollidaysburg Police Department, along with the office of the attorney general K-9 Unit assisted in the operation.
