DUBOIS – A 66-year-old Rockton business owner had 36 felony counts of receiving stolen property filed against through information gathered during an ongoing investigation.
DuBois-based state police said the man purchased several stolen firearms from Dave Shilala and Larry DeJohn from January 2006 through March 2006 at his place of business. Shilala and DeJohn were arrested last year for several local burglaries in which they stole the firearms.
Several of the firearms, 119, were recovered last year at a gun show in Monroeville. Some of the stolen firearms are still missing.
