DUBOIS – DuBois Area School Board President Lloyd McCreight wanted to let the public aware of a possible situation between the board and the DuBois Area Educaion Association.
He wants a meeting with the DAEA, or else.
McCreight said that as part of the DAEA’s labor agreement, members of their board must meet with members of the school board on a monthly basis. He stated that meetings have not occurred since Spring of 2006.
McCreight said they have tried to contact the DAEA’s president, but to no avail. McCreight added that if the board does not hear from the DAEA by the next regular board meeting, the board may file a grievance against the DAEA.
