CLEARFIELD – Another local pharmacy was the target of crime over the weekend.
Lawrence Township Police reported that while on routine patrol they found that Rite Aid Pharmacy on the Clearfield-Curwensville Highway was broken into on Sunday morning. Police stated that substantial force was used to force part of the rear door to gain access to the building. Somewhere in this process the person or people also dismantled the alarm system.
Police stated that the burglars tried to gain access to the pharmacy. Nothing was reported missing according to the police department.
