PHILIPSBURG – An inmate at the Moshannon Valley Correctional Center in Decatur Township died due to natural causes March 13.
Authorities with Cornell Corrections are not releasing specifics, only saying that inmate Salvador Yciano-Munzodied of natural causes at the Altoona Regional Hospital.
