CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield County Commissioners will be accepting bids for three different vehicles the county no longer needs.
All of the vehicles can be inspected at the multi-service center by contacting Jim Luce at 768-9687.
The vehicles for sale are:
— 1996 Chevrolet Tahoe, over 154,000 miles. The vehicle is inoperable and must be towed.
— 1995 Chevrolet Tahoe, over 154,000 miles. This vehicle does operate.
— 1990 Dodge full-size truck, 64,899 miles, two-wheel-drive, six-cylinder.
None of the vehicles carry current inspection.
Transfer, title and license fees will be the responsibility successful bidders.
Bids must be in a sealed envelope and marked “SURPLUS VEHICLE BID.” They can be submitted to the controller’s office until Feb. 16 at 4 p.m. Bids will be opened at the Feb. 20 commissioners’ meeting.
