OSCEOLA MILLS – An Osceola Mills teen left his home on Sunday to visit a friend in Altoona but decided to visit his girlfriend in another state instead. He has not been seen since.
State police at Philipsburg say 17-year-old Richard T. Hubler left his home at about 5 p.m. Sunday but never arrived at the home of his friend in Altoona. Through investigation, police learned that Hubler traveled to Newport News, Va., to visit his girlfirend.
Hubler was last seen by his girlfriend and her mother Monday night before he left Virginia to travel back to Osceola Mills.
The investigation continues and anyone with information on Hubler or his whereabouts should contact police at 342-3370.
