Athlete of the Week — 12/4 – 12/10

The Gant Daily Athlete of the week for the week ending December 10 is Curwensville girl\’s basketball star Danielle Struble.

Struble was the high scorer in both of Curwensville\’s games this past week; netting 23 in the win against Mo Valley and 26 in the loss to ECC. She scored 49 of Curwensville\’s 89 points for the week.

Coach Vic Gearhart added that \”not only did she have 2 outstanding games offensively, but she\’s a hustler on defense and a team leader. She was also in double digits in rebounds in the loss to ECC.\”
