CLEARFIELD – It was with regret that the Clearfield County Commissioners announced the resignation of Charles Failing, geographic information systems director for the county.
“We’re really losing a valuable employee,” Clearfield County Commissioner Mark McCracken said.
Failing has worked for Clearfield County for four years and is leaving to take a position working for the state of Wisconsin.
“He’s moving on to a really good opportunity for himself,” McCracken said.
