CLEARFIELD – A Punxsutawney man is set to be sentenced Tuesday afternoon on several sex charges stemming from incidents that began to happen in the summer of 1993.
Robert Wolfe III, 28, was charged with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault, all felonies, and indecent assault and corruption of minors, both misdemeanors.
In total, Wolfe has nearly 100 counts pending against him.
Court documents show that when the alleged abuse began, Wolfe would assault the girl once or twice a month. Later, the incidents happend about once per month, according to the paperwork in the case.
Wolfe is only charged with counts involving incidents alleged to have happened after he turned 18 years old.
