CLEARFIELD – For the fifth week in a row, East Locust Street will be closed. The street will be closed from East Third Street to East Fourth Street for installation. On Oct. 2, East Locust Street will be closed from First Street to Second Street for paving. On Oct. 3, East Locust Street will be closed from Second to Third Street for paving as well.
Healy Avenue from East Locust Street to East Market Street will also be closed.
Turnpike Avenue from Hannah Street to Bowers Street, two blocks at a time will be closed for main line construction and lateral installation.
On Oct. 2 and 3, Turnpike Avenue from West Market Street to West Locust Street will be closed.
On Oct. 4 and 5, there will construction on West Market Street from Gulich Avenue to West First Avenue, but the road will be open for traffic.
