PHILIPSBURG – A Philipsburg man is in Centre County Jail Friday morning in lieu of $20,000 bail after he was arrested for terroristic threats.
State police at Philipsburg report that Barry A. Beck, 39, of Philipsburg threatened to break the neck of a 32-year-old Philipsburg woman.
He also faces two counts of summary harassment.
Bail was set at $20,000.
